Willowbrook education Delivery information
All Willowbrook Education manufactured furniture is delivered fully-assembled. Please double-check our furniture dimensions to ensure accessibility within your property prior to ordering.
We deliver our furniture using our own delivery vehicles and our own drivers. All deliveries are made using a one-man delivery team. And unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries are to the doorstep only.
We only deliver to the UK mainland, however arrangements can be made for deliveries required offshore – please contact us with your requirements prior to ordering.
UK mainland delivery for all orders over £50 (ex VAT) is free of charge. For orders under £50 (ex VAT) we charge a standard delivery fee of £9.95.
However, deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT) and to the postcodes starting KW, IV, PH, AB, PA, HS, ZE, JE, GY, DD8-DD11 and PO30-PO41 should call for a delivery quote.
Lead times are generally around 28 days, however due to unforeseen circumstances this may be longer. Please get in touch after 28 days to check on the status of your order’
Lead times are based on the availability of a delivery vehicle into your area. However, during our peak season, delivery may take longer. We thank you for your patience during exceptionally busy times and appreciate if you want to get in touch regarding your order.
Should you wish to collect directly from the Willowbrook factory, this can also be arranged. We require 48 hours notice in order to pick and assemble your units.
All lead times stated on this website are approximate – firm lead times will be communicated to you once the order has been processed by the office – also leads times quoted on this web site are only applicable when items are purchased directly from Willowbrook Education and NOT through a third party.
All prices are subject to the standard rate of VAT.
Returns & Replacements
Damages / Discrepancies on Delivery
If you’ve receive damaged goods or discrepancies, please contact our customer services team on 01780 721115 within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Have your order/invoice number to hand so we can help you straight away. We’ll investigate your claim immediately, and replace, exchange or repair the goods where appropriate.
Faulty Goods: If your purchase is faulty, please call customer services team on 01780 721115 immediately for further advice.
Failed / Rejected Deliveries: Please note that in the case of a failed or rejected delivery we reserve to right to charge a redelivery or restocking fee.
Returns – Non Furniture: Any products/item starting with DD that are ordered in error may incur a return charge, or may indeed be non-returnable. Please contact us for further information.
Returns – Furniture: We mostly manufacturer all furniture to our customer’s individual requirements. Furniture is therefore generally non-returnable or will incur a considerable re-stocking / carriage charge. Please ensure that model numbers, colours, fabrics and dimensions are correct and clearly shown on your order.
EU Consumer rights directive: In addition, with the implementation of the EU Consumer rights directive, consumers in the UK now have 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract or off premises contract (including internet sales) without the need to justify and at no cost (except supplementary costs).
